Day 212 of 365 Days of Being Thankful

Today I am thankful for all of the suggestions to help my sciatica.  My friend Deb G suggested a chiropractor.  I had never even thought of that! When we were on Dan's family reunion, his cousin Anne suggested a massage therapist.  I still do the exercises to stretch the piriformis muscle but they don't seem to do much.  I read online about something called piriformis muscle syndrome.  I think I have it. I need some serious pain meds!
My friend Deb G's daughter is working for Cirque du Soleil as a seamstress!
What an exciting job!  Her daughter is a fabulous seamstress!  She has won many sewing awards at the state level! That seems like such an exciting job!! My niece Erica dated a guy who controlled the dragon in the hit Broadway musical theater show Aladdin!  We saw Aladdin on Broadway, it was fabulous!
He took her backstage and gave her a tour!  Another exciting, not run of the mill,  job. When I am sitting in the theatre,  I don't think about the "behind the scenes" people who keep the show running smoothly!!  But everyone of them is essential to keep the show running successfully!  I think today's generation is not as much about making money as they are about having a fulfilled life.
Last night Olivia and Frankie went to Paneras with Renee for dinner.  Afterwards, they came back to our house.  They usually watch movies in the basement.  However, Dan was down there watching the History channel about Hitler.  So they stayed in the family room with Olya and I.  We had fun chatting and  playing with our new kitty.  Frankie never gets tired of playing with her and the kitty never gets tired of playing!!
